Twenty-five-year-old Juan is a well travelled young man. Belgium, Egypt, England, France, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Switzerland and Italy have all welcomed Juan on holidays and in his work as a model, actor and event host. His hobbies include fishing, football, water skiiing and cooking. His ambition is to develop his career to work more in television as an actor and entertainment presenter. Juan speaks Spanish, Italian and English.

Lucas Gil
BRAZIL

Lucas combines his careers of being a model and nutritionist with helping out in a social programme, working with teenagers and single mothers in his home city. Lucas keeps himself fit by playing soccer, working out at the gym and through jiu-jitsu. To relax after a busy day he enjoys listening to music and reading a good book, or dancing the hours away to House music. His special talent is dancing Forro, a specific dance style from Brazil. Lucas speaks Portuguese.

Alonso Fernandez Alvarez
Costa Rica

Alonso, 24, is a model and assistant manager with a licence in business administration. He has high ambitions to be an important businessman who can benefit the national economy. He is also an enthusiastic sportsman who practices yoga and meditation, as well as gymnastics, acrobatics and swimming. Alonso speaks Spanish, French and English.

Omar Awad
MR. EGYPT

Computer graphics graduate Omar, 24, was born in Cairo but raised in the US, where he developed an independence of character and appreciation of other cultures. He looks forward to meeting more contestants from interesting countries and learning about their lives. Omar says he loves challenges and competition – so he should settle in just fine at Mr World 2007! He is a keen sportsman, enjoying swimming, football, basketball, volleyball and horse riding. He’s also a mean dancer, with Arabic, Latin and hip hop being his specialities. Omar speaks English, Arabic and French.
